  How I Ended Up Writing a Book About Indian Breakfasts (and How It Changed My Mornings) Honestly, I never thought I’d write a recipe book. I’m not a chef, not a fitness influencer, not even a “health freak.” I’m just someone who was tired of waking up every day, skipping breakfast, and then feeling like I was dragging myself through the morning. Growing up, I always heard people say, “Breakfast should be your heaviest meal, because it gives you energy for the whole day.” So I took that seriously.
